Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of I'd Buy That, operated by BTG Production Pvt. Ltd., 47/G Tellia Vaddo, Bastora, Bardez, Goa, India. By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to use the Platform.

Creators post startups and artworks; reviewers try them and publish structured reviews with a verdict. Aggregate demand signals are displayed publicly. The Platform is an information and community service: we are not a marketplace operator for payments in the current version, we are not an investment adviser, broker, or securities intermediary, and demand scores are community opinions, not financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome.

Reviews on this Platform are incentivised: reviewers earn virtual coins, streaks, and league standing for reviews that pass our quality checks. We disclose this prominently because honest signal is the entire point. You agree not to: post reviews of your own work or that of affiliates without disclosure; exchange reviews or ratings with others ("collusion rings"); operate multiple accounts; use bots or automation; or post reviews you know to be false. Reviews are screened before they earn rewards or count toward demand scores, and we may reject, remove, or claw back rewards for reviews that violate these rules. These commitments align with Indian consumer-protection norms on online reviews and EU requirements on review transparency.

Coins, streaks, and league points are virtual features with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased for or redeemed into money, transferred, or inherited, and we may adjust or reset them to correct errors or abuse. Any future real-money features will come with separate terms.

You retain ownership of everything you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content for operating and promoting the Platform. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload — including artwork images — and for ensuring it is lawful, non-infringing, and non-defamatory.

No unlawful content; no infringement of others' IP; no harassment or hate; no attempts to circumvent security, rate limits, or row-level access controls; no scraping of personal data; no uploading of malicious files. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms and remove content at our discretion, with grievance redressal available as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard; deletion is permanent and erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

The Platform is provided "as is" during this early phase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (currently: nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Indian consumer-protection law or EU consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mapusa, Goa having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence (including in the EU).

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
